- Returns will ONLY be eligible for store credit.
- All items that are “on sale” are considered FINAL and will not be covered under the return policy.
- All items in our “vintage threads” section are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They are final sale.
- All items in our "phone cases" section are made to order and also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They are final sale.
- All jewelry items are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They are final sale. We do not recommend any jewelry to be worn in any type of water. We are not responsible for damages due to water or normal wear and tear.
- If you need any jewelry adjusted (i.e extension chain) please write it in the notes section at checkout. If an item is shipped before we are notified of needed adjustments it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping back to us and to return the item once adjusted.
- Return merchandise must be post marked within 14 days of delivery confirmation date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Returned items will only be accepted in NEW condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, no deodorant, makeup, or food stains in order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- Please email email@example.com for the return address. When you ship back your item please include a note in your package with your contact information, and a brief description of what you are needing. Packages that are sent back without this information will automatically receive a store credit code to the email provided at time of checkout.
- Returns can take up to 7 business days to process once we receive them. Then a gift card or coupon code will be issued for you to use your store credit.
- We strive to fill and ship your orders as soon as possible, therefore we cannot cancel or change orders once they have been placed. You are welcome to return the item in accordance with our return policy.
