After your order is placed and paid for in full, the items will be shipped within 5 business days unless we notify you otherwise. This means that it can take up to 5 business days before your order is shipped via the shipping method you selected at checkout. If there is a reason you need your items sooner please shoot us an email and we will arrange to have your items rushed. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
If a customer provides an incorrect address and The Wild Wrangler Boutique LLC ships it there, it will be the customer's responsibility. The Wild Wrangler Boutique LLC will not assume responsibility for invalid information that was provided by the customer at check out. The Wild Wrangler Boutique LLC will also not assume responsibility for lost/stolen packages. If you get a "delivered" notification and you have not received your package, The Wild Wrangler Boutique LLC is not responsible. You must call your local United States Postal Service location or your local law enforcement.
We try our absolute best to have items available and in stock, but occasionally we may have to list some inventory as backordered, meaning that the item is temporarily out of stock but has an availability date. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing additional inventory from our suppliers. If anything in your order becomes back ordered before we can ship, we will notify you immediately. At that point we will provide an estimated time of arrival. If an item becomes discontinued while on backorder, you will receive an immediate refund for that item.
Pre order items will have an estimated ship date on our website that we get from our vendors. If for some reason the items get delayed we will notify you immediately to give an updated time of arrival.
